ARTICLE 1. PARTICIPANTS 1.1. This promotion is only open to Participants. A Participant (“Participant”) is a person or a legal entity (company) who is resident in Europe. TREND NETWORKS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and/or to exclude Participants at its sole discretion at any time for any reason.
ARTICLE 2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 2.1. To be eligible for the free gift, the Participant must purchase one of the network testers listed in article 3.1. in Europe from one of the participating distributors or wholesalers. 2.2. Purchases for this promotion must be made between 1st October 2025 and 31st January 2026 by midnight to take advantage of this promotion. The free gift claim can only be made through www.trend-networks.com/dependonusrewards. 2.3. A maximum of one (1) valid claim can be made per individual Participant, against each valid network tester purchased. 2.4. The online claim form must be fully completed with a copy of the original receipt or invoice. 2.5. Claims must be received within (60) days from the date of purchase by online submission using the claim form available at www.trend-networks.com/dependonusrewards. TREND NETWORKS accepts no responsibility for claims not received within this time. 2.6. Each free gift claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with a trade in promotion unless stated in article 3.1.
ARTICLE 3. PROMOTION 3.1. For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not prohibit in any way the customer’s right to exercise their applicable statutory or warranty rights. 3.4 All gifts are subject to a lead time of up to 4 weeks and will be dispatched to the shipping address provided as soon as available.

ARTICLE 5. DATA 5.1 Where applicable any data captured during the course of the promotion will be collated, accessed, processed and stored wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. TREND NETWORKS will not transmit data to unauthorised third parties or outside the EU.
ARTICLE 6. DISCLAIMER 6.1 No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post or for those claims not received by the closing date. 6.2 Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient details are provided for claims to be processed. 6.3 TREND NETWORKS. shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure (meaning: beyond TREND NETWORKS. reasonable control) and/or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. 6.4 TREND NETWORKS reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time and/or to unilaterally change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability. A one-week prior written notice will be given to the email address stated you have indicated. 6.5 TREND NETWORKS shall not be liable if free gifts are posted or delivered to the wrong address provided negligently by the entrant, nor for delayed delivery due to strike action or malfunction of electronic communications networks. 6.6 TREND NETWORKS reserves the right to replace any free gift (in whole or in part), with any other free gift of similar value, in the event of difficulties outside its control in obtaining the free gifts offered, in particular, in the event of supply shortages whether or not temporary. 6.7 The participant of the gift is responsible for all tax deemed payable by the relevant authorities in their given territory. Special Lifetime Support Promise trade-in and LanTEK IV-L Anniversary promotion (R163030-PROMO) is excluded from this promotion.
