TREND Networks welcomes new HR Director

TREND Networks is pleased to welcome Kirsten Phipps Get as its new HR Director. Kirsten, who is based in Oxfordshire, UK, is an experienced human resources professional and consultant and will head up HR for TREND Networks globally.

Kirsten started the role in October 2023 on a part-time basis, joining TREND Networks from a previous HR position in an industrial technology manufacturing business. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development having completed a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Development and brings experience at both an operational and a strategic level.

With expertise in recruitment, employee relations, project management, and mentoring, alongside a background in teaching, training, and operations roles, she is looking forward to supporting the development of the team at TREND Networks.  She is also well placed to do so, with certifications in personal performance coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques, as well as being a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Outside of her HR career, Kirsten is also passionate about events and has a successful wedding planning business. We are looking forward to Kirsten bringing the cool head and organisational skills of a wedding planner to her position as well!
