Introducing the New LanTEK II/III Cable Certifier Care Plan

IDEAL Networks is pleased to introduce the new Sapphire Care Plan, ideal for all owners of the LanTEK II and LanTEK III cable certifiers.  With the Sapphire Care Plan, you can now have complete peace of mind knowing that your LanTEK II/III is protected against unexpected repair bills, whilst simultaneously helping to minimise downtime and reducing the cost of ownership overall.  Here are some of the items included in the plan;

Free Annual Calibration

To comply with the international technical standards, cable certifiers require calibration every 12 months to ensure measurements are accurate.

You can rest assured knowing that we will calibrate the certifier at no extra cost and perform any software and firmware updates that are required.

Free Repairs

The certifier and all accessories are covered for the standard repairs during the term of the Sapphire Care Plan to protect against any unforeseen bills that may creep up on you.

Free Loan Unit During Repairs and Calibration

In the unlikely event that your LanTEK II/III may need to be sent away for repair, a loan tester will be dispatched within 1 working day of a fault being reported.

For calibrations, a loan unit is supplied to minimise downtime and keep you up and running. The loan unit will be delivered prior to your LanTEK II/III being collected.

Free Shipping

To reduce costs, when your LanTEK II/III requires repair or calibration we will arrange for onsite collection and return delivery, free of charge.

Free Replaceable Wear Parts

Reducing cost of ownership even further, every year you can choose from one of the follow options, free of charge:

Free Training and Technical Support

Our expert technicians will provide online training and technical support, free of charge. All you need to do is give us a call and provide us with your Sapphire Care Plan certificate number.

Don’t delay though.  If you purchase the Care Plan within 60 days of buying your LanTEK III, you can receive a 10% discount on your Sapphire Care Plan.
