{"id":80762,"date":"2021-11-01T14:57:17","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T14:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trend-networks.com\/?p=80762"},"modified":"2021-11-15T13:15:51","modified_gmt":"2021-11-15T13:15:51","slug":"2021-a-positive-year-so-far-for-trend-networks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trend-networks.com\/can\/2021-a-positive-year-so-far-for-trend-networks\/","title":{"rendered":"2021: A positive year so far for TREND Networks"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The last couple of years has presented various challenges, to the world and to our industry \u2013 from Covid-19 lockdowns, to BREXIT, and global electronic component shortages.&nbsp; However, despite this, TREND Networks has thrived and continues to help customers to succeed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are 5 successes we\u2019re pleased to share based on our year so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Record sales<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite continued challenges in 2020, TREND Networks achieved its best ever quarter in 2021! Since, the company has also experienced several other record sales months. It is clear that requirements for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trend-networks.com\/can\/\">cable and network installation<\/a> and troubleshooting are not slowing down and are pleased to be able to meet the demand for test and measurement equipment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The year has also seen us launch several new products, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trend-networks.com\/can\/product\/signaltek-10g\/\">SignalTEK 10G<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trend-networks.com\/can\/product\/tone-and-probe\/\">Tone and Probe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Product availability&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in acomponent crisis that has affected all electronics manufacturing since the pandemic. We\u2019re really proud of our engineering team which quickly was able to reengineer some of our products so that this issue didn\u2019t impact equipment availability in the long term. Into 2021, this means we have a stock of testers ready to go, whenever and wherever it is needed and are now hitting delivery targets 98% of the time (the same as before BREXIT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A successful rebrand<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in 2021, our company rebranded and launched our new \u2018Depend On Us\u2019 philosophy. This has been the start of an exciting new chapter for the company where our team is more focused than ever on ensuring you\u2019re confident that you\u2019ll get the results, products, service and support that you\u2019ll need. Even in difficult circumstances. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trend-networks.com\/can\/our-promise\/\">Learn more about Our Promise.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Growth in fibre<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, we continued to make investments in R&amp;D and our product portfolio. One way we did this was to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trend-networks.com\/can\/trend-networks-acquires-fibre-test-equipment-manufacturer-terahertz-technologies-inc\/\">acquire US-based fibre optic and photonics testing business Terahertz Technologies Inc. (TTI).<\/a>&nbsp; As a result, we now have a dedicated centre of excellence for fibre-optic research and development in the USA. We are also currently exploring a number of other new deals and potential acquisitions.
