Once data is transferred, users can view the pdf reports and send them using their preferred file sharing method including email or file sharing app.<\/li><li>Cable installers and IT technicians can share difficult problems with colleagues not located onsite to improve productivity and minimise downtime. simultaneously?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: Only one user can be connected to the tester at any one time. The tester should be rebooted if you require another device to be connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Why can\u2019t I view detailed test results on the live tab in the mobile device?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: You must download the test results to the mobile device before you can view them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Why will the TREND AnyWARE app not find the tester?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: Please ensure the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tester is switched on<\/li><li>USB Wi-Fi adapter is plugged into the USB port on the tester<\/li><li>Wi-Fi must be enabled on the tester. When Wi-Fi is enabled the status bar at the top of the screen turns blue and there is a Wi-Fi symbol. Wi-Fi can be enabled by entering the jobs screen. Wi-Fi is also enabled for 5 minutes after the tester is turned on.<\/li><li>Whilst in the TREND AnyWARE app if you see the message \u201cCould not find test device. Pull down to refresh.\u201d, your phone is not connected to the tester. Tap on the \u201cChange Wi-Fi\u201d and ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and select the Wi-Fi hotspot that is called \u201cTRENDX-XXXXXX\u201d.<\/li><li>Ensure the Wi-Fi password on the mobile device matches the tester. If you want to check the password on the tester, press SETUP|REPORTS to see the password. Please note this process may vary between testers, check manual for details.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: How can I share results on the mobile device?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: Once test reports are downloaded to the mobile device they can be shared via email or other file sharing method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Why can\u2019t I view reports on my mobile device?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: Reports can only be viewed on a mobile device once they have been downloaded and there is a PDF viewer or PDF viewer app installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Is the TREND AnyWARE app free of charge?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: Yes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: After sending the test reports to other recipients why can\u2019t they view the reports on their mobile device?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A: The TREND AnyWARE app will compress the test reports into zip files before sending.
