COMPLETE PROTECTION FROM COSTLY REPAIR BILLS AND DOWNTIME<\/h2>\n

For most installers, the quality of after sales support is just as important as the instrument specifications when choosing a new cable tester. For this reason we have developed the Careplan \u2013 an all-inclusive package for the calibration and maintenance of your LanTEK III.<\/p>\n

Careplan covers the cost of unforeseen repair bills and annual calibration. In the unlikelihood your tester may need repair, a loan tester will be dispatched within 1 working day of a fault being reported anywhere within the European Union. This \u201cPriority Loan Service\u201c includes the arrangement for an on-site collection of your tester, shipping paid. Cover is available over 1, 2 or 3 years for all LanTEK III.<\/p>\n

A Careplan certificate verifies the product(s) and period of cover. It also provides contact information, if service support is required.<\/p>\n

A Careplan can be purchased within 90 days of receiving delivery of your new tester.<\/p>\n

Whenever your Careplan tester is due for calibration or in need of service, call customer services or an authorised distributor stating the Careplan number printed on the certificate.
