COMPLETE PROTECTION FROM COSTLY REPAIR BILLS AND DOWNTIME

For most installers, the quality of after sales support is just as important as the instrument specifications when choosing a new cable tester. For this reason we have developed the Careplan – an all-inclusive package for the calibration and maintenance of your LanTEK III.

Careplan covers the cost of unforeseen repair bills and annual calibration. In the unlikelihood your tester may need repair, a loan tester will be dispatched within 1 working day of a fault being reported anywhere within the European Union. This “Priority Loan Service“ includes the arrangement for an on-site collection of your tester, shipping paid. Cover is available over 1, 2 or 3 years for all LanTEK III.

A Careplan certificate verifies the product(s) and period of cover. It also provides contact information, if service support is required.

A Careplan can be purchased within 90 days of receiving delivery of your new tester.

Whenever your Careplan tester is due for calibration or in need of service, call customer services or an authorised distributor stating the Careplan number printed on the certificate. Arrangements will then be made for a carrier to collect the tester.

1. Contact customer services and provide your Careplan number.
2. We will arrange collection of your tester. If your tester is faulty a loan tester will be despatched.
3. Tester will be returned following priority calibration and/or repair.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Instruments older than 5 years
  • Deliberate damage or misuse
  • Replacement cost of consumables not covered under warranty e. g. replacement batteries, test leads, test adapters, calibration adapters etc
